Engaging with E-static Textiles

Engaging with E-static Textiles explores textile materials, structures and movements for supporting static electricity as a resource for e-textile interaction design. The custom-made prototyping board can be easily incorporated into e-textiles for sensing electrostatic charges during interactions with the body. Different material combinations, structures, and production techniques are used to explore ways of supporting safe generation and interaction with static electricity and textiles.
