Changing aesthetics with natural dyes

Center for Sustainable Textile Production, VIA University College

We present a speculative future scenario of textile experiments and prototyping, where the changing aesthetics imposed on textiles and clothing by the interventions of time are perceived as an asset and added value. We explore ways in which the user can influence the aesthetics of the clothes by re-dyeing and printing with food waste.
